Privacy & Data Retention Policy

We collect information necessary to provide our performance visualisation and camp management services, including:

Account Information: Name, email, username, gym affiliation, and assigned role (Gym Owner, Coach, Fighter).

Performance Data: Daily weigh-in logs, training session logs, recovery scores, phase targets, and fight camp schedules.

Gym Account Deletion (Complete Erasure): If a Gym Owner deletes or requests the closure of their gym account, all data associated with that organisation is permanently and irreversibly destroyed — including all active and past fight camps, phases, training logs, recovery data, weigh-in records, photographs, and login credentials.

Fighter Deletion & Anonymisation (Right to Be Forgotten): Fighters are gym-managed profiles. When a deletion request is processed for a fighter, all personally identifiable information (name, date of birth, nationality, profile photographs, biometric indicators, and login credentials) is permanently expunged. To preserve the operational and analytical integrity of past fight camps, historical performance metrics and bout records are retained in an unlinked, de-identified format (marked as "Anonymous").

Coach Profile Deletion: When a coach profile is removed, their credentials and personal details are permanently deleted. Past camp assignments and logged training sessions remain intact within the gym's records with the coach marked as unassigned.

Routing Deletion Requests: Because fighter and coach accounts are administered directly by the host gym (with the Gym Owner acting as the primary Data Controller for their roster), any fighter or coach seeking account correction, anonymisation, or deletion must submit their request directly to their Gym Owner.

Contractual Necessity: To provide the visualisation tools, dashboards, and camp tracking features you signed up for.

Legitimate Interests: To maintain unbroken historical training records and camp reporting integrity for gyms and coaches.

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to access your personal data, rectify inaccuracies, and request erasure. Please note that once personal data has been Anonymised in accordance with our retention policy, it can no longer be linked back to any identifiable individual and therefore cannot be retrieved or restored.

Under the Thailand Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), you have the right to access your personal data, rectify errors, and request deletion. Please note that once personal data has been Anonymised following a deletion request, it can no longer be linked back to you and therefore cannot be retrieved or restored.

All data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest. As a product of TeepTech Ltd, we implement strict row-level database security and tenant isolation to ensure your training metrics are only visible to the parties you have authorised (your Coach or Gym).
