CornermanPro is a performance data management and visualisation platform owned and operated by TeepTech Ltd ("we", "us", or "our"), a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 17059943). By accessing or using our services, you ("the User") agree to be bound by these Terms.

CornermanPro is strictly a data visualisation and administrative tool.

No Medical Advice: We do not provide medical, nutritional, weight-management, or clinical health advice.

User Responsibility: All data entered (including weight, training, and recovery logs) is for informational and organisational purposes only.

Professional Consultation: Coaches and Athletes must consult with qualified medical and sports professionals before making any decisions based on the data displayed in the App. You agree that any reliance on the visualisations provided is at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TeepTech Ltd shall not be liable for:

Physical Risk: Any injuries, health complications, or death arising from fight-camp related activities, weight-cutting, or combat sports participation. You acknowledge these are inherently dangerous activities and you remain solely responsible for your own body and training decisions.

Consequential Loss: Any indirect or consequential loss, including but not limited to loss of earnings, "purse" money, or sponsorship income resulting from missed fights, weight-misses, or competition disqualifications.

Liability Cap: Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of your use of the service shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Gym Account Deletion (Complete Erasure): If a Gym Owner requests or executes the deletion of their gym account, all data associated with that organisation is permanently and irreversibly destroyed. This includes all active and historical fight camps, phases, training logs, recovery data, weigh-in records, bout records, coach profiles, fighter profiles, stored photographs, and all associated authentication credentials.

Fighter Deletion & Anonymisation (Right to be Forgotten): Fighters are gym-managed profiles. When a deletion or "Right to be Forgotten" request is processed for a fighter, all personally identifiable information (including name, date of birth, nationality, photographs, biometric indicators, and login credentials) is permanently scrubbed and expunged from the system. To preserve the operational and analytical integrity of the gym's past fight camps, historical performance metrics and bout records are retained in an unlinked, de-identified format (marked as "Anonymous").

Coach Account Deletion: When a coach profile is removed by the gym, their profile and login credentials are permanently deleted. Historical camps and sessions previously assigned to that coach are preserved within the gym's records with the coach marked as unassigned, ensuring camp records remain continuous and uncorrupted.

Submission of Deletion Requests: Because fighter and coach profiles are created and administered by their host gym (the Gym Owner acting as the primary Data Controller for their roster), any fighter or coach seeking the amendment, anonymisation, or deletion of their account must submit their request directly to their Gym Owner.

This platform is designed strictly for the monitoring of athletic performance metrics.

Strict Prohibition: Users are prohibited from entering or uploading formal medical records, clinical diagnoses, surgical histories, or medication lists.

Clinical Management: If you possess a medical condition requiring clinical monitoring, you must manage that data through a certified healthcare provider and NOT via this platform. TeepTech Ltd accepts no liability for the storage or mishandling of data entered in breach of this clause.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, without notice, for breaches of these Terms or to protect the security of the platform.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

The Services provided by TeepTech Ltd (trading as CornermanPro) are intended for use only by individuals physically located within permitted jurisdictions. The Services are expressly not available for use within the United States of America or Canada due to jurisdictional restrictions.
